We have the ability to configure the system to allow orders to automatically be drop shipped from a third party location/supplier. This enables our customers to be able to list a larger selection of product than they physically carry at their facility.
As orders are imported into the system, the system will automatically make the determination where and who will fulfill all or part of the order and transmit the order information to the appropriate facility/warehouse. Once all (or part) of the order is fulfilled, notifications are transmitted to all parties involved and receive the predefined confirmation of the order being fulfilled.
