Overview
Simple shipper interface is setup to have a similar look and feel of other parcel carriers software (UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.). With a similar layout, users find navigating through the application simple and naturally intuitive. This this enables for a fast and simple transition from utilizing carrier specific shipping applications.
With the intuitive design and layout, new users are able to rate and generate shipping labels with little to no training. Setup and training sessions typically take anywhere from 5-15 minutes to get new users familiar with the tool and processing shipments.
